To maintain transparency in our services, please take note of the following:

• Discount coupons cannot be combined.
• Invoices are issued based on the service fee, logistics, and import processing value. Since we work with international suppliers, this is the legally compliant way of handling taxation.
• In the event of a lost package (shipment error or carrier issue), Mimo’s takes full responsibility and will immediately reissue the order, resetting the delivery timeframe.
• We will only cover round-trip shipping costs if the item is reported within 7 days of delivery and has a manufacturing defect. Otherwise, the return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
