Product Guarantee
All products come with a 365-day warranty covering manufacturing defects or quality issues.
We also exchange items if you receive something different from what you ordered.
Requesting a Replacement
If your product arrived defective or incorrect, please:
- Contact our support team via E-mail.
- Provide your order number, a photo/video of the product, and a description of the issue.
We will forward your request to our Quality Control team. After analysis (within 7 business days), we’ll contact you with a solution. If the problem is confirmed, you can choose:

- A new replacement product
Order Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel your order within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

Credit Card Payments: Refunds are processed within 7 business days, but may take up to 120 days to appear depending on your billing cycle.

Returns without prior communication will not be accepted.
- Products returned after the allowed time, missing parts, without tags/invoice, or damaged due to misuse will be sent back to the customer.
- If a return or exchange is denied after inspection, the item will be returned, and reshipping must be paid by the customer.
- We do not cover shipping fees related to returns, refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges for other items.
